Penny Bulley
Physiotherapist
Penny graduated in 1995 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She was inspired during a student placement to follow a career in neurology and has worked in neuro rehabilitation for 20 years. Penny has attended a wide-ranging list of post graduate courses including Bobath, splinting, posture and seating. Penny is an associate member of British Bobath Tutor Association and International Bobath Instructor Tutors Association and currently training to be a Bobath Tutor. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapist Interested in Neurology (ACPIN). Penny maintains links with the inpatient rehabilitation setting. Penny is passionate about neuro rehabilitation, has taught on courses and loves making a difference in people's lives.

Rowan Turner
Physiotherapist
Rowan graduated in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She has specialised in neuro rehabilitation since 2001 and her experience has been within acute, rehabilitation and community settings. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Neurology (ACPIN) and is an active committee member. Rowan has attended many postgraduate courses and has a specialist interest in Bobath, constraint induced movement therapy and gait re-education. She enjoys working closely with people and their families to help them develop the confidence to reach their potential.

Rhian Cogger
Occupational Therapist
Rhian graduated in 2002 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Occupational Therapy. She specialised in neuro rehabilitation in 2004. Rhian is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists specialist section in Neurological Practice and Independent Practice. Rhian recently obtained a distinction in a post graduate certificate in Outdoor mobility and Driving and works part time at a driving assessment centre. She is experienced in assessing and treating the cognitive, perceptual and physical difficulties people face following a neurological event. Rhian is keen to assist people in maintaining their chosen life roles, accessing the community and with their transition to returning to work.
