Meet the Associates

Becky Bradshaw

Associate Physiotherapist

Becky graduated in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She has been working in neurorehabilitation since 2008 with experience in acute and rehabilitation environments. Becky has completed training as a post graduate including: Bobath, seating and constraint induced movement therapy. She loves being able to work alongside people to assist and encourage them in working towards and reaching their goals.

Christine Down

Fitness Instructor

Chris qualified as a fitness instructor over 20 years ago and has been working within physiotherapy as a technical instructor since 2013. She has specialised in Neuro exercise rehabilitation and has acute and community experience. Chris has completed her Bobath and Hydrotherapy assistant qualifications and neurological taping and is currently studying to complete her degree. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them reach their goals.

Jodie Holland

Associate Occupational Therapist

Jodie graduated in 2014 with a BSc 1st Class (Hons) Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has specialised in neurology since graduation however has worked within acute stroke and neurological rehabilitation since 2009. She has expert skills in assessment and treatment of cognitive and physical difficulties in people with neurological presentation She has experience within acute, rehabilitation and community settings, also experienced in completing case management. Jodie has completed post graduate training including; Cognitive Rehabilitation, introduction to Bobath, Traumatic Brain Injury study days at Kings College and Talking Mats. Jodie is passionate about supporting individuals to maximise their recovery from acute injury and illness, maintaining long term conditions and empowering individuals to live meaningful and enriched lives. Jodie prides herself on her holistic approach and focusses all interventions considering the whole person with view to meeting an individual goals.

Sue Miller

Associate Physiotherapist

Sue graduated in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy. She has specialised in neurorehabilitation since 2000, working extensively with people with an acquired brain injury, making her very familiar with the case management process. She has worked across the Midlands and Southeast in acute, rehabilitation and community settings combining clinical practice with leadership roles. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN) and Chartered Physiotherapists in Mental Health (CPMH). Sue has completed many postgraduate courses including Bobath, Postural Management for Complex Disability, and Pilates. Sue is passionate about listening to what people want to achieve and helping them achieve it.

Stacey Taylor

Associate Physiotherapist

Stacey graduated in 2010 with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy. She has specialised in neurology since 2014 and has experience in the acute, rehabilitation and community settings. Stacey has completed training as a post graduate including: Bobath, Bridges goal setting, neurological taping and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. She is passionate about helping patients to achieve their goals and supporting them into looking forward to their future.

Hannah Smith

Associate Physiotherapist

Hannah graduated from the University of Brighton in 2003 with a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy. Specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation for over 15 years, both in the Community and Acute settings. Hannah has completed post graduate training including Bobath, Bridges self-management programme, Vestibular rehabilitation training and she is a Moving and Handling trainer. Her main passion is helping people to realise their potential and achieve their goals.

Lynsey Thorpe

Associate Physiotherapist

Lynsey graduated in 2008 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked in a variety of different physiotherapy fields both privately and for the NHS, before specialising in community neuro rehabilitation in 2013.  Lynsey has a particular interest in working to help physiotherapeutically manage the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease, particularly with regards to posture and bradykinesia.  She aims to bring both clinical insight and a holistic, compassionate approach to her work.

Gina Ellam

Bookkeeper

Gina has been working as Bookkeeper for Neurotherapy Partnership for 9 years.  When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog Maisy and working in her garden.
